By accessing our website, purchasing a product, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Terms & Conditions - the basics
Here’s the short version in plain English. Everything on IncomeStackHub is digital, which means once you purchase, it is yours, and we cannot offer refunds. Memberships and subscriptions renew automatically until you decide to cancel. You are free to cancel at any time, but we do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of your subscription. The content you receive is licensed for your personal or business use depending on the rights granted with each product, but you cannot share your login, redistribute products outside of their license terms, or claim them as your original copyright.
We aim to create a safe, respectful community for moms and creators. If you join our membership, workshops, or community areas, we expect you to engage respectfully. We reserve the right to remove accounts that misuse the platform or create a negative experience for others. Finally, while we provide resources, templates, and strategies that have worked for us, we cannot guarantee financial results or specific business outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, decisions, and market conditions.
What to include in the T&C document
All of our products are digital and delivered electronically. Some come with Private Label Rights (PLR) or Master Resell Rights (MRR). Each product clearly states what kind of license it includes. While you are free to modify, rebrand, and resell these products as allowed, you may not register trademarks, claim copyright ownership, or sell them under the IncomeStackHub brand name.
If you purchase a membership plan, whether monthly or annually, your subscription will renew automatically unless you cancel it before your next billing date. You will continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle, and your subscription content — such as templates, workshops, and exclusive member posts — is reserved for active members only. Sharing account access or redistributing membership content is not permitted.
For our VIP All-Access Pass, you pay a one-time annual fee which gives you access to all courses, membership perks, and exclusive VIP-only content. This plan is non-refundable and will renew each year unless you cancel prior to your renewal date.
Because our products are entirely digital, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Once you purchase a product, course, or subscription, the transaction is final. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
All payments are securely processed through approved providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Wix. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize recurring billing until you choose to cancel.
IncomeStackHub provides educational tools, templates, and resources to support your online income journey. However, we make no guarantees of specific results, earnings, or outcomes. You acknowledge that your use of our materials is at your own risk and that your results depend on your individual effort, choices, and circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be handled within the courts of Ontario.
