Refund Policy - the basics

Here’s the simple version: all sales are final. Because everything we offer is digital — downloadable products, online courses, subscriptions, or memberships — once you have access, it cannot be returned. That means we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. Please make sure to read the product descriptions carefully and ask questions if needed before you make your purchase.

If you subscribe to one of our membership or annual plans, your payment will automatically renew unless you cancel before your billing date. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle. However, cancelling does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.

What to include in the Refund Policy

All digital products, including but not limited to PLR bundles, MRR bundles, templates, toolkits, and business-in-a-box systems, are strictly non-refundable once purchased. Courses, whether purchased individually or as part of a package, are also non-refundable because access is granted immediately and includes proprietary educational content. Membership subscriptions, whether monthly or annual, are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your paid term, but you will not receive a refund for unused time.

Our VIP All-Access Pass is a one-time annual payment that includes access to all courses, membership perks, and exclusive content. This plan is also strictly non-refundable. Renewals will continue annually unless cancelled before the next billing date.

IncomeStackHub reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our products or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
